Worship and Bible Study Schedule for This Month
Tonight,
we welcome you back for a time of worship at 6:00 p.m. in our sanctuary. Tonight, Pastor Mark continues his series on the
“Great Women of the Bible”. Tonight we hear about Hannah. This
Wednesday Evening we welcome you to our Weekly Bible Study in our sanctuary at 7:00 p.m. This Wednesday we return to our study
of John’s Epistles with All About Love from 1 John 4:7-21.

Spread God's Word, Not the Flu Bug
Thank you for your generosity
to the people of Haiti. As a result of your gracious giving we have been able to send almost $1500 through One Great Hour
of Sharing to go directly to the earthquake victims in Haiti. We also assembled almost 100 health kits for the Haitian
people as well. God blesses your giving.
See Pastor Mark if you are interested in
a Mission Trip to Bolivia, August 3rd-12th. There are currently about six people interested in going.
We are excited about this opportunity to participate in God’s ministries there.
On March 20th from 9am to 5pm, Highlawn Baptist Youth will participate in a fundraising event titled “Rock
A Thon.” They will take pledges from friends, family and church members in exchange for rocking in rocking chairs for
8 hours. The money raised will go toward a trip to King’s Island, where along with admission to the park, they will
also get tickets to Christian concerts. The King’s Island trip is scheduled for July.
The HBC Women’s Ministries Gathering has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 9th at 6:30pm. All ladies
are invited.
